Based upon the performed tests by submitted samples, the test results comply
with the limits of REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
Test cells and batteries shall be secured to the testing machine by means of a rigid mount which will
support all mounting surfaces of each test battery.
Each cell shall be subjected to a half-sine shock of peak acceleration of 150 g n and pulse duration of 6
milliseconds. Alternatively, large cells may be subjected to a half-sine shock of peak acceleration of 50 g n
and pulse duration of 11 milliseconds.
Each battery shall be subjected to a half-sine shock of peak acceleration depending on the mass of the
battery. The pulse duration shall be 6 milliseconds for small batteries and 11 milliseconds for large batteries.
The formulas below are provided to calculate the appropriate minimum peak accelerations.
Each cell or battery shall be subjected to three shocks in the positive direction and to three shocks in
the negative direction in each of three mutually perpendicular mounting positions of the cell or battery for a
total of 18 shocks.
As specified by client, according to the Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004,
the Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011 and Regulation AP(2004)4,
to determine the Bisphenol A (BPA) content in the submitted sample.
The batteries are not hazardous when used according to the instructions of
manufacturer under normal conditions. In case of abuse, there's risk of rupture, fire,
heat, leakage of internal components, with could cause casualty loss. Abuses include
but not limited to the following cases: charged for long time, short circuited, put into
fire, whacked with hard object, punctured with acute object, crushed, and broken.
As specified by client, to determine total extractive residues from Rubber articles intended for
repeated use in contact with food for compliance with Food and Drug Administration
This test report consists of 38 pages in total, it may be duplicated completely for legal use with the
approval of the applicant, It should not be reproduced except in full, without the written approval of
our laboratory, The test results in the report only apply to the tested sample.
Based on the performed tests on submitted sample(s), the results of Cadmium,
Lead, Mercury, Hexavalent chromium, Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs),
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) do not exceed the limits as set by
RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU.
Conclusion: According to the test results, the submitted sample comply with the US Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) Regulation.
The Certificate of Compliance is based on a test procedure or an evaluation of the
above-mentioned product. This is to certify that the above-mentioned product is in
compliance with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU) of the European Parliament on the
Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances [Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg),
Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr 6+ ), Polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs)] in Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

The total Lead, Cadmium, Mercury, Hexavalent Chromium, Polybrominated Biphenyls and Polybrominated Diphenylethers in the submitted samples comply with the requirement of RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU, and its amendment directives.
